Opinions

Opinions are now available through PACER and ECF

If you do not have a PACER account you may obtain one through our PACER Information page.

To access the Opinions report

1. Log in to your ECF or PACER account
2. Select "Reports" on the menu bar
3. Select "Written Opinions"
4. Enter your search criteria (e.g., a specific case number, the last name of a case participant, a range of dates in which the opinion was filed)
   
5. (Optional) Change the "Sort by" field from "Case Number" to "Date Filed"
6. Click "Run Report"
