The Association of Bankruptcy Judicial Assistants (ABJA) will be offering a two-day Bankruptcy Certification Program in San Antonio, TX on September 23-24, 2008.

The two-day certification program includes a one and one-half day preparatory training workshop with the exam being administered the afternoon of the second day.  The exam has four sections, each consisting of 25 - 50 questions on grammar usage and writing, Bankruptcy Code and Rules, legal ethics, legal research and proper citation.  The University of New Orleans, numerous professors, judges and practitioners in the bankruptcy field, in cooperation with the ABJA, have developed a study guide which will be provided to interested participants in advance of the test date.
