Notice of Bankruptcy Judge Vacancy in the Western District of Oklahoma

Vacancy 09-BJ-02 – OKLAHOMA CITY – position available after March 1, 2010.


The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit seeks applications for a bankruptcy judgeship in the Western District of Oklahoma.  Bankruptcy judges are appointed to 14-year terms pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §152.  Current annual salary as of posting date is $160,000.

A full public notice for the Bankruptcy Judge position is posted in the office of the clerk of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado, and in the offices of the clerks of the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
