Several changes to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule resulted in increases for all chapter filing fees; fees to split/divide a joint case; and adversary filing fees.  These new fees are effective June 1, 2014.  Please review the updated fee schedule under Court Info.
