Over the course of implementing the national Chapter 13 plan form adopted by the court on December 1, 2017, the court drafted confirmation orders in order to maintain its awareness of issues that may have arisen. However, beginning July 1, 2018, the court requests Chapter 13 debtors and counsel provide a proposed order consistent with the court’s previously issued orders and the specific provisions in the Debtor(s) plan, pursuant to W.L.B. Rule 9013-1(C). Thank you.
