BAE successfully restarted services!

Wednesday, October 28, 2026

BAE successfully restarted services, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (EBN), Debtor Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (DeBN), and Mandatory Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (MEBN), and returned certificates of service for October 7.  Our understanding is that they also began to address the backlog while concurrently providing noticing services.  Since yesterday, BAE’s implementation plan to process the backlog has been updated to the following:

These dates are subject to change as capacity allows. To our knowledge, BAE has only encountered minor issues that have been overcome and have led to a slight adjustment to the plan; but no major disruptions have been reported.  Access to the National Creditor Registration Service has been restored for both backlog processing and same day polling  by BAE.
