The Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure has approved publication for public comment of proposed amendments to existing rules and forms, as well as several new rules and forms.  The proposals and supporting materials are posted on the Judiciary's website at:

The public comment period opens on August 6, 2021 and closes on February 16, 2022.
